1 year agoGood morning, Am trying to login into our Fifth Third Direct account on line for Focus Lenders Services Group, LLC and do not have a "soft" login token. Have tried to have the website send the email but never receive. Please advise how to get the 'soft" login token. thank you - also have called your branches but have been disconnected while waiting. Appreciate your assistance.
