Every single month when my phone runs the monthly charge charges for my Mcafee virus protector, I always, every month, have to delete this app completely and redowoad it back onto my phone so it will work again. I AlSO have to set it up with a brand new password each time because it looses that specific bit of information too. It's very frustrating to have to keep changing my password to something different each month that I will never be able to remember. I use a brand new IPhone 12 so it shouldn't be my phones problem.

Very frustrating and suddenly the transfer service from card to bank account that was advertised has disappeared and can’t be used. Called customer service and representative didn’t know why this happening and said try it again next week. I have for several weeks and it doesn’t work. Left written requests for help and only got messages to call the customer service line, which was useless. Just give me a direct deposit, as the card makes it very hard to obtain your own funds.

I’ve had fraudulent charges on my account that were never resolved. I was told to ‘write a letter and mail it to…’ so I did. Nothing.

I can’t access the account from my phone as ‘the app update is invalid in my area’ I changed my password thinking that may help, nope not at all. I am now going to spend my time looking for another way to receive my social security payments. This is no good at all.
