I signed up for this on Mojo Store when I saw a special deal to get the current version for Free...which was Pink Floyd, May 2017. Before the trial period of 30 ended you either had to cancel or you would be billed for the subscription. I let them go ahead and charge my account. Mojo ran terrible. Each page would take a good 5-10 seconds before it would finally snap into focus. So, when an update became available, I jumped at the chance, hoping for improvement. As soon as the update finished, I noticed I could no longer access my original Pink Floyd issue (which I was still reading). It said I had to purchase it again for $3.99. When I contacted their support staff, they insisted that my subscription didn't include this issue...even though I sent them screen shots showing them it became active on May 3rd. They're reasoning? Well, the issues actually go in sale early...so the May issue isn't included in a subscription that starts in May...even though you received the May issue as a sign up incentive. It's gone now just because I updated. If I want it, I have to pay for it again. These people have some of the *worst* customer support I've ever dealt with.
*Avoid*!

Glad to know I apparently have to create an account (which is oddly frustrating to do so because it requires a customer number EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT IT THROUGH THEIR STORE ON MY IPAD) to download a magazine that I paid $4 for.

Long time subscriber. The magazine has been zero help with the login process. The digital is basically a scam.

I updated this app today and I can no longer access my issues! Startup freezes on the splash screen with the message "optimizing content" on the bottom. PLEASE FIX!

Great magazine but Mojo no longer works properly and customer support is nonexistent. Don’t buy an annual.

It has been since early December the last time I launched. It has not been working this week. I do believe I updated my IOS after early December.

Yesterday’s update was supposed to remove bugs from Mojo . Instead, it rendered Mojo inoperable. Even when it’s working, the complaints others have hold true. Mojo doesn’t save your place in the magazine. You constantly have to start over. The text is often missing words. Unfortunately, once the pandemic started, my physical subscription here in the States became worthless, as issues stopped arriving. So I’m stuck with this lousy app. Which doesn’t appear to work anymore.

I subscribe to and read more than a dozen magazines on my iPad, and this is the weakest ‘app’ for reading. It’s next to impossible to navigate around, other than starting at the top of the issue each time. There are no hyperlinks in the table of contents for each issue, and even the page turns are clunky as could be. Prepare to be disappointed.

Been reading this app for years great magazine only gave it two star review because when you buy online and download it you don’t get access to the free CD which I consider at least half the reason to buy the magazine

Ok app. Annoyingly closes completely on iPhone when you move to another app. Does not reopen to last viewed issue so you have to reopen the issue and navigate to where you last were.

You can read the magazines but you can’t listen to the amazing cds

Love, love, LOVE this magazine. Way better than anything produced in the US. It should get Five stars based on the content, however I am taking off a star because Mojo won’t allow me to return to the place that I last stopped like all the other reading apps that I have. I have to attempt to remember where I left off and then return to that page. If only…

The subscription does not sync. I can read it on my iPhone but not on the iPad.

Of course it’s a great magazine but I’d rather have the physical version every time. The tablet version is just not user-friendly. What about introducing a feature which allows you to return to where you left off with having to get arthritis flicking through the whole thing again from the beginning?

I can’t say enough things about Mojo. I’ve subscribed to this app and every month it turns up crystal clear and beautiful. If my i Pad did nothing else but give me the online this app it was worth every penny.

I am a huge music fan. I have read all the music magazines out there. this app is by far the best! It is the only magazine I read cover to cover. It's the best compliment I can give. Keep up the good work Phil and company.
All the best!

Excellent reporting on all great music. America needs a staff of journalists like this on Rolling Stone. Less rap and more rock.

Great digital copy. Still waiting for first physical copy.
