Freezes ! if am winning ( my clock Starts but cannot make any move )

When I play against the computer, game freezes and sometimes makes a second random move for me, then freezes. I use an up to date iPad.

My user name is Metlux i have played 9 games on april 14 2022 with Gaku_1st i was rated by only ( 6 ) games instead of the games we played ... could you rectify please this issue ... thanks in advance ...
