There are some mangas and webtoons that fails to load to read. When a new chapter is released it shows but when I want to read it, it loads but fails and just give a reload button. When reload is pressed it keeps on failing and just throws out the reload option.

How to fix MangaDex app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MangaDex app on iPhone
Update MangaDex app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MangaDex iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MangaDex on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MangaDex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MangaDex Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MangaDex not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MangaDex App
1. On android, goto Settings » MangaDex » click [Force Stop]

Update MangaDex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MangaDex App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MangaDex » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MangaDex.

Fix MangaDex unable to contact server/ MangaDex internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MangaDex » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MangaDex » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MangaDex
