There are some mangas and webtoons that fails to load to read. When a new chapter is released it shows but when I want to read it, it loads but fails and just give a reload button. When reload is pressed it keeps on failing and just throws out the reload option.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MangaDex app issues:

Force Stop the MangaDex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MangaDex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MangaDex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MangaDex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MangaDex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MangaDex.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MangaDex » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MangaDex » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
