Ni la página, ni el app, ni el call center. Es pésimo. Cada mes es terrible pagar mi crédito. Los extractos que envían al email tampoco son correctos. Deben mejorar. Realmente está entre las peores entidades financieras en lo que respecta a la tecnología. Deberían invertir en sus plataformas digitales y mejores asesores.

La incompatibilidad y la funcionalidad con la app segura de av Villas es pésima, la activación tiene que hacerse en la oficina. Por qué la activación por la web tiene errores.

Si salen del país , el portal les manda código al celular …. Y obviamente al viajar no se tiene el celular y no dan opción de enviar al correo electrónico. Avvillas sigue con prácticas de los 90 disfrazadas de transformación digital. No por tener un app generan valor . El valor se genera en la experiencia de usuario, en la reducción de tiempos, complejidad y burocracia .
