I’ve experienced several times with my M1 ipad pro when trying to scroll through the list of a setlist, the window would move, not its content (scrolling would be the appropriate behavior) Hard reboot solved the problem (twice in less than 12h) Is there some setting somewhere ?

Hi. I have Newzik yearly subscription and one student who I have sent a project to and she has successfully opened it and can see it. She has even written on it with her ipen but the updates simply aren't showing on my side. Please help. Thanks

How to fix Newzik app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Newzik app on iPhone
Update Newzik app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Newzik iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Newzik on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Newzik network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Newzik Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Newzik not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Newzik App
1. On android, goto Settings » Newzik » click [Force Stop]

Update Newzik to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Newzik App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Newzik » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Newzik.

Fix Newzik unable to contact server/ Newzik internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Newzik » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Newzik » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Newzik
