Close and restart the LibertyX app on iPhone
Update LibertyX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LibertyX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve LibertyX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LibertyX app issues:

Force Stop the LibertyX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LibertyX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LibertyX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LibertyX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LibertyX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LibertyX.

Fix LibertyX unable to contact server/ LibertyX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LibertyX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LibertyX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LibertyX on android.
