Every single employee I have met here, in the 2 months I’ve stayed, have been AMAZING! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay when they have fallen on hard times. Multiple employees have gone out of their way to help me in any way they could. Im always greeted with a warm smile & treated with respect. When I was having the worst day, someone made me laugh for a brief moment & forget my worries. I’ve had no issues nor can I complain. Ive been able to create a temporary home for myself & my child. Thank you ESA!

I am in the process of relocating to Georgia. I have been staying at hotels/extended stays in the Atlanta metro area for the past two months. The Extended Stay America in Alpharetta/Rock Mill location is beyond AMAZING! I keep coming back! The rooms are ALWAYS consistently clean! I have been to several other hotels in the local area and seen some dirty places that I would never again return to! The staff here at ESA are beyond AMAZING as well, they treat you like family and are more then accommodating! This place hands down feels like a home away from home!

App works fine wish there was some type of point system for each night you stay also staying at the bothell Washington extended stay amazing staff never felt more welcomed and happy with a extended stay stuff as much as this one keep up the great work

They claim “the longer you stay the less you pay,” but I’ve yet to see this come to fruition. I just got on ExtendedStayAmerica to extend & of course they advertise the room as a low price but when I click on the choice, the price mysteriously shoots up by $20. That’s not a perk lol. Then when I shorten the days it’s advertised at a higher price & upon clicking on the choice *gasp* what do you know, HIGHER price remains. Idk if that’s a glitch but it’s starting to seem really suspect. It’s not that I can’t afford it, but I surely do would like to save if I can. As much money as I’ve forked over to this company with expectations of paying less, this has become a frustrating let down.

In truth, the website can be a bit confusing for a disabled person like myself. Nonetheless, I checked into my room today and I was rather surprised. Its very nice and spacious. I love the recliner rocker. I also love that the closet are and the bathroom area are relatively behind a wall thus hiding away personal items. I coudn’t find the microwave though, nonetheless its a very nice room. I would definitely recommend the location.

On hold with N.C. Headquarters waiting to talk to a supervisor. Time to fire CEO Bruce Haas! Can anybody at guest relations speak English? I will fly to N.C in November to meet Bruce Haas. The owner didn’t take his hotel guest safety at the Eldorado Apartment Hotel so on December 20th 2019 and eleven hotel guest died. The health department and fire department need to inspect all Las Vegas E.S.A. Less then four months ago a frustrated hotel guest pulled the alarm. Las Vegas received the alarm 33 minutes after it was pulled. Mr. Elix Nunis former general manager showed up 47 minutes after Millissa front desk phoned him. If this was a real fire history would repeat itself!!!

I have stayed here in the Plano area hotel for few months now .
I am so very thankful at how sweet and professional everyone has been!

I absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs a long or short stay. It is well worth it.

When you stay at Extendended Stay of America SoMersey it’s like almost being at home. The staff here are kind professional and caring.
I highly recommend the hotel for families, professional and all around vacationers

Never received any benefits from veterans affairs or spouse support from military and was kicked out my hotel after funds were stolen and became homeless

Advertised as a non smoking room; however, the room is so smoke damaged it’s hard to breathe. The shower drain was clogged so you stand in bath water while trying to shower. Front desk was not helpful. Told to wait until the morning. The morning front desk advised they were unable to help at the moment as they had two people waiting to pay cash for a room. Hmm.. I thought my money was just as green

In between apartments and found this solution. The staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and being able to cook is great.

The staff here are some of the nicest most helpful you could hope for. If you’re in Sacramento, Tina at the front desk is the one to ask for.

Thank you Russ! The Rock Hill, South Carolina is a lovely location. The manager Russ goes above and behind, the call of duty! Hotel & rooms kept very clean & customer service is GREAT! Spacious studio suites.

I am not very smart but was able to find hotel

Stayed at ESA in Louisville. Reserved non smoking accessible room. They moved us after the fest room was smoky to another smoky room. Both my husband and I are very sensitive to smoke. We had already pad and checked in so what choice did we have? First Lady was very nice but it didn’t solve the problem. Never stay in ESA again!

This is much better app than earlier. Easy to navigate

Terrible! I am supposed to stay for a month and they only gave me two towels. I will get someone to clean my room and give me new towels in two weeks! Wow! I was charged on my credit card even though the room is already paid for. I’m sure to get this money back

Love ExtendedStayAmerica! Just keep giving the low rates on the rooms as always you got a keeper. Keep it up!!

I’m never able to cancel the reservation in app, the button is just never active! Also they try to withdraw for the whole stay upfront and it’s thousands of dollars! You need to rethink you policy !

ExtendedStayAmerica does not work properly. I have registered as a Perks reward client. ExtendedStayAmerica does not allow booking of a room nor accept my Registered Perks identify. I cannot update my profile with information. ExtendedStayAmerica kept starting the booking process over after picking a room and attempting to enter the country of my residence (USA). Very frustrating. I have a Apple iPhone 6

But not even really an app, more like a really bad web applet. Will not keep you logged in and asks for permission to set cookies, like a web page. Does not show confirmation/reservations. I am not even positive what ExtendedStayAmerica is for other than to advertise to you and share your information with other advertisers.

Just downloaded ExtendedStayAmerica . I found accommodations easily. I didn't even know there was an app. Low and behold! Keep up the great work!

I was glad to find ExtendedStayAmerica because I have had so many problems with their website. Unfortunately ExtendedStayAmerica doesn't work at all. I am currently in Cedar Rapids, IA but ExtendedStayAmerica gives me hotels in Houston, TX. If I change it to Cedar Rapids all I get is an error message saying "Oops". Total fail.

ExtendedStayAmerica will not open. Tried multiple times. Deleted ExtendedStayAmerica and tried again. Still only a white screen.

Couldn’t put in password. Kept saying it was wrong. Made new password. Still won’t work. Garbage

Crashes when you try to book! Not worth the download.

Extended Stay is as crappy as ExtendedStayAmerica is. What a waste of time to download. And worse: extended stay is a nasty unclean awful place.
