Highrise - Simple CRM Reviews

I use this app on my laptop most of the time, but the iOS app is perfect for when I can’t be near my computer. I can still keep up with the team’s activity, look up contacts and even tag them.

If you don’t have a lead programmed in your phone before entered into this app, your phone will see it as being part of the singular High-rise contact. Trying to text or email or creating a contact for that number is a nightmare.

Looks great and seem to run smoothly, but without deals, not super useful

Good app, however there are a few glitches: double entry notes on iPhones, not able to check off tasks, and trouble locating company entries from the search.

Why is it that I can’t find a way to add Tags from the mobile app? That’s something basic that needs to be accomplished with a few clicks

Looks and feels great but limited functionality to access deals etc makes me wonder why I should even have Highrise on my phone at all. What's the point of all these changes if you can't access files?

Each time I try use Highrise I get a network error issue - but my internet connection is perfect.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling Highrise countless times to no avail.

Very annoying, can’t use Highrise at all...

Was recommended by a YouTuber. When I went to create an account, it automatically gave me an error, what kind of app doesn’t even let you make an account??

Gives an invalid user error in Highrise when I try to create a new account.

But I can’t make an account on Highrise . So yeah not off to a great start.

Do not try to "edit" a phone number in Highrise unless you have the entire phone number in hand!

One of our staff accidentally typed in one extra digit in a clients contact. So, in Highrise , I tried to call the client and sure enough, the call didn't go thru because there was too many digits.

So, I click "edit" to delete the one extra digit, except when I hit backspace, it deleted the entire number! What's worse, I realized his and purposely avoided clicking "save" so it wouldn't save the error. Instead I clicked "cancel" which should have prevented any of my changes to be saved, but it didn't. It permanently deleted the phone number ! Wow. Who would know I would lose a clients info so quickly.

First, I don't think he backspace should delete the whole number. Editing is exactly that, to edit, not erase and rewrite especially on the go(hence app functionality). Second, if it does delete it completely, shouldn't the "cancel" option avoid the delete from being permanent?

We're a small sales organization with tons of complex intereaction with our customers. We depend heavily and love this app on our desktops and laptops. I've been a beta tester for the upgraded iOS app for a few months and have been happy to see everything they've added and improved in this latest version. Very happy to see the improvemenets in clarity, power, features. Looking forward to putting this final release thru its paces and have the rest of our team start using it.

There are no words to express how much better this version is than the last version… I was in the process of searching for a new CRM system but did not want to leave because I really enjoy the features of high-rise. Thank you so much for finally making Highrise so user-friendly. It works amazing now!!!

The perfect CRM for a small business with multiple offices. We use this app to coordinate several offices and hundreds of clients. The mobile app is is great for entering quick notes or adding new contacts on the fly when out in the field. Take conversations out of email and put them in this app.

I have been using this app for many years and this new app is just the thing I've been waiting for! It's a great way to use this app on the go. The team that put this together was very responsive to feedback on the beta and they did a excellent job!

I like what Highrise shows. Please add in the description that this supports an existing paid plan through the website. I haven't used this app, but I'm sure it's a good tool and worth it for small businesses. As an individual I'll stick with Contacts Journal.

I actually left this app because Highrise went undeveloped for years ... But this looks promising so will likely come back again. Would be nice to get full features and seamless app/experience though so please get deals and other features going as well soon!!!

The iOS app was the only real complaint that I had with HR. I emailed multiple times and was told that Highrise was not a priority for them. Then the regime change came and these people ACTUALLY CARED about the product - all of it! This is sooooooooo much better. Thanks this app.

This is a great improvement over the unusable original this app app! Just add the ability to see and open attachments and the ability to add and edit deals and it will almost be perfect!

One of the better CRM mobile apps. Quick and easy use for basic operations but the finer points are missing. Like working with tags. But add a task or note with a few keystrokes. Nice compliment to my favorite tool.
