Not useful in the field

The whole point of a phone application is to make it useful for field input while you’re working. This new version is worse than the original. Links don’t work, information is hard to find, some links on even active anymore,…

Without fail, every single time since Pipeline has been updated, I have had to go to my desktop version to complete my work. This is not acceptable. They’re very friendly, and willing to listen to feedback. But I can’t believe they release this version. We’ll see if they fix it.

Great upgrade!

I used to use PipelineDeals’ old app, and I can gladly say that this is a tremendous upgrade. Its design is very clean and intuitive. It’s obvious that they thought about how people like me want to use a CRM app, because everything seems so simple. I’m excited about Pipeline and recommend it to others who need a good CRM on the road.

It’s ok

I love the this app deals on the computer but Pipeline isn’t that great. Takes forever to load anything some documents don’t load and you have to clear the screen and reload Pipeline one of the most frustrating things is you can’t pull up your customers address with Pipeline .
If they fixed a few things that there customers complain about Pipeline wouldn’t be bad.

What a crap app and company

I called them and reported an issue on the iPhone and they said they would get back to me and never bothered. The issue is that it won’t even bring up the application when you click on a new activity from an email in Gmail. It just gives you a blank white screen. Totally useless...

Unusable

Very poor product. Does not work with talk to text. Cannot select customers from tasks. Overall the pathways do not make sense and the new updated app is significantly worse than the original app. Would recommend finding a different CRM.

Lacking important sorting feature for leads

I use this app Deals on my computer and am fairly happy with it. I was excited for the mobile app to come out but have been disappointed. I sell products for several different companies and the best way for me to sort through my leads is by a filter I custom made on the computer version (product) or by location of lead. Pipeline doesn't have this feature and is therefore useless to me.

There was a recent update and know every time I try to open Pipeline it crashes. Hopefully these issues will be addressed soon otherwise I'll have to find a different CRM software to use.

Welcome replacement for "big name" systems at much higher cost.

Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics implementation failed because, trying to be everything to everyone, they're just oppressively complicated.

We've got sales, estimating, engineering and management users all actively contributing to this app intelligence. Made more progress in two months with PipelineDeals than in two years with the other solutions.

Sincere support commitment is more than words. Developers continue to evolve program adding new features and improvements.

In summary, a solid product providing a 95% solution with surprisingly short time to very useful.

Mobile is lacking...

this app Deals seemed like a good CRM app for my desktop, I am just concerned that it does not meet my needs on Mobile. It feels as if I am using the lite version of their CRM on Mobile. I was very disappointed to be using an iPhone native app on my iPad, this doesn't allow the application to take advantage of the real estate my device provides. Considering I have a Droid Razr, I was pushed in the direction of a mobile browser to access my data. With this in mind, I am going to evaluate a new CRM. Best of luck this app Deals!

Great app for managing sales

Pipeline nailed it. I have all of our customer data right on my phone, easy to find, and quick to query as I'm about to walk into one of my customer's stores. It's simple yet complete. Plus, I can see the entire team's appointments for the week at a glance. Love it.

Works 60% of the time

Would be a great app but tons of bugs need to be corrected. Updating contacts/records will often cause Pipeline to crash. Previous activities completed online do not load to Pipeline . Very slow

This is a great sales tool to have. No more secretaries to remind you of schedules, projects, meetings and details.

this app is a CRM tool to have. I've tried others and this seems to have all the elements a sales executive needs to close deals and keep strong relationships with contacts.

Just barely enough to exist

Pipeline only updates when you refresh, so if you have an appointment, it won’t know unless you update it. The default page isn’t customizable so you are stuck looking at the agenda tab regardless of how you use Pipeline .

Custom fields aren’t smart enough to recognize a phone or address (deals don’t not have addresses, so you have to add custom fields for a deal address).

Many times the custom fields do not load, so you have to refresh, close and reopen, etc.

Again, it’s just barely enough of an app to call it an app. Horrible!
