I joined last night and got to talk to someone wonderful and in the middle of the conversation Wapa banned me, because it says it can confirm I am the person in my profile. I have been trying to do profile identification since last night and it keeps saying there is an error. I payed for the month and I can’t get in. Can you guys fix this please. I am the person in my pics.

App not working!!! It will not let me turn off my do not disturb feature!!!! I want to see my messages. Please fix!!!!

Horrible app most of the profiles don't ever reply and also turn out to be guys. Most of the profiles seem fake don't get Wapa it's a waste.

Korea is the most superficial place on Earth. As such, if you don’t meet their ridiculous beauty standards, you will have ZERO luck on Wapa. They want people who look like idols. Some say they don’t, but they don’t admit it lol

I recently downloaded Wapa and it crashes and closes by itself all the time! Not only does it do that, but it also automatically goes to ads, as soon as you scroll to look through the profiles. It seems like it NEVER has updates of any kind, and they need better screening for fake profiles. Not very happy at all, and not that many users. This needs a lot of work.

Why don’t the apps sync the conversations? Pics that are favorites disappear on phone but not iPad

Hey my profile is true I am a real person! I am using an IPhone and I received the message about being banned!! I see the button “verify now”, then a second page opens with instructions, but that page gets stuck like I cannot scroll down that page. I am basically trapped and I want my identity back!

I installed Wapa a week ago and created an account without linking with my phone number. After a while I decided to delete Wapa and did it. I assumed that It would remove my profile but in fact, my profile still is up and now I can't even delete the profile at all. Tried to send emails to get help but doesn't even seem to have customer service.

Most of the woman on Wapa don’t exist.
Others are trans some are not who they say.

There are no instructions or guidelines.
I think some moderated continent would be good to encourage people to be responsive.
I was disappointed to see so many women afraid to post photos.I understand the cultural taboo but it is too bad and a turn off.

Thinking about deleting Wapa because I don’t like how you can not even read messages sent to you with out subscribing.

I really enjoyed Wapa initially and was able to connect with others throughout the world.

However, it seems this app has changed the way it makes money and now each of the features that were included in the original pricing are priced separately.

I would rather pay an all inclusive price than than have original features being removed and then being asked to pay $2.99 to get those features back...and for each one. It just doesn’t seem right. If a new pricing system was put in place, they should have honored those that were already receiving a certain level of service.

So, I believe I am going to cancel my subscription...😕

A friend told me about this app and I went straight to get the application and created a profile. It’s been an amazing experience so far. Although I haven’t paid any fee and a basic user, it’s not been a bad experience. I will be making payments soon after I am done with my observations. Security and privacy is top notch. Cheers to the administrators.

I lost my number and now I can't log in unless you send a confirmation code to my number.. CAN YOU FIX THIS ISSUE WHERE WE CAN CHANGE THE NUMBER AND STILL LOG IN WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT ??? Please!!

a good app, with some bugs in the chat, but is a good app though

I experienced 3 to 4 scam/fake profiles responses. I now am very cautious with profiles.
