Paid for nothing

I have downloaded VUZ willing to watch a live concert therefore i have downloaded it and paid to see.. while I have seen nothing, it keeping send me out of VUZ without showing anything from my concert that I wanted to watch so I paid for nothing and seen nothing.
When I have reported it to the customer service; they kept ignoring me.
This happened to me in December 2017 and still didn’t get anything back. I’m so disappointed!

Look at the reviews for VUZ they are all misspelled and make no sense and have nothing to do with VUZ the only real reviews say that VUZ is horrible

This app is scam & steal money

I signed up for the 7 day free trial, and then on the same day I got charged $24.

Update: it’s not been two days since I requested my money back that they stole from me. I’ve requested through the “contact us” in VUZ and emailed, and have not been responded to. The link to VUZ developer goes to no where.

Not inclusive

It has a lot of bugs! Some functions are not working. Once you select your interests then you’re stuck with what is displayed and suggested. Even if you change the interests and uncheck the ones you don’t want to see, the settings don’t change. Also there’s no unsubscribe button that they refer you to in the help section. So you can’t even unsubscribe if you want to.
