I play in 3 different divisions. one division quit showing my information a couple of weeks ago. this is the Red Deer Intermediate Division. Doesn't show any stats, Incomplete or completed matches for this division.

My team is 301 Hustlers we play on Brandon 8 ball which is Tony Turners division. I went to pull up our schedule and it says I play in two divisions which I don't when I pull up Compusport it shows my team plays in another division how do I correct it so I can pull up our division

How to fix CompuSport app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CompuSport app on iPhone
Update CompuSport app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CompuSport iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CompuSport on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CompuSport network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CompuSport Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CompuSport not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CompuSport App
1. On android, goto Settings » CompuSport » click [Force Stop]

Update CompuSport to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CompuSport App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CompuSport » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CompuSport.

Fix CompuSport unable to contact server/ CompuSport internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CompuSport » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CompuSport » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CompuSport
