I had tickets for the remainder of the UVA Men's Basketball season transfer to my Android phone. When I went to install the Virginia Sports Mobile App on my phone, it says that "This app won't work for your device" (my phone is a Samsung S7 Edge). Why is this?

downloaded the update to Virginia Sports app to my iPhone x iOS 16.6. It notifies me that my "email address is badly formatted”. Tried it 6 times on phone for accuracy and failed. After several attempts I deleted the app and reinstalled with same error msg. I have no similar issues with any other app. Please advise. Thanks
