I had tickets for the remainder of the UVA Men's Basketball season transfer to my Android phone. When I went to install the Virginia Sports Mobile App on my phone, it says that "This app won't work for your device" (my phone is a Samsung S7 Edge). Why is this?

downloaded the update to Virginia Sports app to my iPhone x iOS 16.6. It notifies me that my "email address is badly formatted”. Tried it 6 times on phone for accuracy and failed. After several attempts I deleted the app and reinstalled with same error msg. I have no similar issues with any other app. Please advise. Thanks

How to fix Virginia Sports app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Virginia Sports app on iPhone
Update Virginia Sports app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Virginia Sports iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Virginia Sports on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Virginia Sports network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Virginia Sports Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Virginia Sports not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Virginia Sports App
1. On android, goto Settings » Virginia Sports » click [Force Stop]

Update Virginia Sports to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Virginia Sports App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Virginia Sports » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Virginia Sports.

Fix Virginia Sports unable to contact server/ Virginia Sports internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Virginia Sports » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Virginia Sports » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Virginia Sports
