I paid $20 for them to tell me that having the chills means I could have a kidney infection even though I have a constant issue with UTI’s. I’ve had a kidney infection before, I know what that feels like with my body. I literally cannot help that I get UTI’s as much as I do and was really hoping for a safe, affordable, convenient way to just get medicine to help clear my system. I noted in detail in the boxes where they let you explain anything you want to add for when they review your application. I explained why I recognized it was a UTI. When I first tried to video chat with them (because it said I was ready to and that they would be available) it just kept loading.. So after awhile I just exited out of the app and went back in. That is when it said my application was closed and that I had a message saying the symptom chills is what closed it. I wish I wouldn’t have even clicked that because then at least I would’ve had the chance to talk to someone like it said I could. Really disappointed, I was kind of hesitant about this and wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money and time. If chills is the reason, why even let me go through with paying afterwards? I’ve never felt the need to write negative reviews but I felt kinda blown off with my application.

I am really impressed by this app. It does everything it claims to do and more. This has got to be a God send to those without insurance. I was initially concerned because my proider doesnt cover this service. However, I was amazed to discover that I would only end up paying $10 more than my regular co-pay. On top of that, the price I paid was the price that was advertised. No tax, no additional hidden fees.
Creating an account was simple and the medical history questions are short, easy to answer and self explanatory. The questions are not redundant, unlike the new patient questionnaires you'd fill out in person. When it came time to have my visit, I waited 4 whole minutes for a doctor to become available. Which is nothing compared to the time I spend in my GP'S waiting room. The video and audio quality was good and easy to understand. The doctor was really nice and made me feel totally comfortable with the experience. He was thorough and made sure I completely understood what he had to say and that all of my questions were answered. After less than 10 minutes (including wait time) I had seen a doctor, understood my issue and had a prescription waiting at my choice of pharmacy. I chose to have my appointment during my lunch break and still had time to eat and was back to work on time.
Thank you, Lemonaid! Where have you been all my life?

Don’t be afraid! GO FOR IT. I got a Infection and I couldn’t even walk out of my house plus I don’t have insurance. So this company just SAVED my life. I always think so much and I look everything up before buying anything or using any service. So I was not sure what to expect but with the pain that I was feeling I just went for it. Actually I first bought bunches of pain killers and I did what Google says me to do against the UTI. Lots of water, cranberry juice. But nothing was helping. So finally I gave in and tried the Lemonaid. And I’m impressed. All the doctors are very nice. The doctor for VA wasn’t available the time that I call but another very nice doctor had an appointment with me. And then the next day the VA doctor send me texts and I called again. He putt my prescription in and I picked up after one hour. They gave a full re found even though I didn’t ask for it. Just because the VA doctor wasn’t available. They are very nice and honest.
The girl Jen that work there helped me with some questions. They were all very nice and extremely capable.
Please please don’t be afraid. And don’t wait like me. They definitely helped me and they can help anyone.
Just for let everybody know that is the first time that I review a app. And I just did because I think if they helped me they gonna help much more people.
