So first off it isn’t that bad where is your time I click the icon to do anything inside PatientRewardsHub all it says is that there is like an problem with Internet but I keep checking my Internet and my internet perfectly fine so there’s something wrong with it but you could be the issue I don’t have a lot of storage in my phone so I’m wondering if that could be the issue at all to I mean you have enough storage to download this so I’m sure it has enough storage to work but it hasn’t worked 😑😢(also if grammar and spelling is bad sort I did it with the voice thingy)

Hey! PatientRewardsHub is awesome and the concept is awesome, however it is not allowing me to redeem my points. The shop button is not there, so I’m not able to see the prizes at all. It is definitely 5 stars if it works right, but without being able to redeem the prizes it defeats the purpose. Love PatientRewardsHub , though, if the shop shows up! :)

It’s a great app, I use it to redeem points for my orthodontist. However recently when trying to load in the shop, it’ll tell me “network failure” and it won’t even let me logout. I will delete PatientRewardsHub then reinstall after writing this review, but it’s a pesky problem.

Recently when I try to go to my messages or any of the other buttons, it loads for a long time and tells my there is trouble connecting to the servers and would I like to retry. Retrying does nothing. I tried to re-download it, but that did not help. Please help!

I have a device set up with content restrictions and use the allowed websites setting. As a result, PatientRewardsHub won’t load do anything except display a network error once I have logged in. It would be useful if it had a feature that helps me identify which sites I need added to the allow list so I can use PatientRewardsHub ’s features.

For the Patriotic Art contest it crashes when I attempt to upload a photo of my art. :( Even tried it on an IPhone 8+. (I have an IPhone 6s.) Please fix, otherwise great app, keep up the good work.

I love PatientRewardsHub but it needs improving. I recently got the iPhone X and it does not fit the whole screen while most apps do. I also can’t find the section to find games, it is also very slow and laggy and sometimes my profile photo does not load.

For example, I wish we had more games to play or at least get more points for participating since you only get 2 points.

I love that they have an app for orthodontics and PatientRewardsHub is great except i can’t access the games of prizes and i would really love to spend my points. I cannot access the prizes and games on both a phone and computer.

PatientRewardsHub is just AWESOME!!! You earn rewards by doing simple things and get gift cards to over 100 places!!! They are so easy to get and this program in my opinion is just he best. I recommend downloading it and don’t for get to go to Lane and associates family dentistry and Oral surgery and orthodontics

Never received the gift card I purchased with my points. I got little information on my order. No tracking number and they didn’t ask for an address.

Hello developers! This review is not to complain, just to inform. You need to update your app ASAP. It has a glitch that will not allow me to get anywhere but the dashboard, i can’t read messages, redeem points, or browse the shop. This is a serious issue i believe you need to fix. Thank you! 😊

I was having so much fun doing the games and other things to earn points! I love the fact that I am also able to earn gift cards with the points. Overall a great app!

I really like PatientRewardsHub . I like how there is a reward for doing good while wearing your braces. Overall I haven’t had any problems with PatientRewardsHub and and really impressed how they put PatientRewardsHub together

I love PatientRewardsHub because it is not only a fun way to see how many points u earn from visiting the orthodontist but you could also play games and make it a good experience i definitely recommend using PatientRewardsHub along with downloading it if your orthodontist recommends using it

hello, i bought a itunes gift card redeemed for 250 points and i have no tracking information about it. I would like to know how i can get it.

I am on iPhone 6 and I barely have any lag and all features are still working

PatientRewardsHub is very enjoyable and simple to use. I figured out the way it works within minutes! I think that PatientRewardsHub is a very smart thing to have for patients since it keeps them updated in their progress and keeps them motivated to work for rewards!!

My first impression at orthodontic excellence was fantastic. everyone made me extremely comfortable. Everything was well cleaned and organized and everyone was very friendlyZ I'm excited to see how this journey of my new smile goes.

Being a kid with braces this is what makes me wanna take the best care possible of my teeth and make sure I do everything asked by the orthodontist I highly recommended PatientRewardsHub if your kids have braces!!

PatientRewardsHub is great! It helps encourage people with braces to stay on track with brushing their teeth, flossing, and other stuff to make sure they take care of their teeth because they are getting rewarded for it. It’s also fun to play the games and take the surveys. I recommend PatientRewardsHub it’s so fun!
