1. App is not user friendly
- When you scroll down the catagories list from All to Produce. The keyboard keeps up and not let you hide it. So when you try to see their selection. The keyboard is cover up half your screen.

2. Edit / cancel order your cart after ordered is not possible.
-You can edit your order but there is no confirm/ submit button. Neither cancel your order.

3. NO CS and Miserable delivery
- I had my first order and it delivered 2 days late. Noone will let you know your delivery window or call/text ahead even they could not make it. Theres no operator only VM. Noone return your call, emails.

Would not recommend. I ordered almost $60 worth of produce and nothing was delivered. After multiple attempts to call the company all I got is an email saying that their delivery company confirmed the delivery. Based on what? If they delivered to someone it was definitely not to me. I have a camera set up at the front door which starts recording when the movement is detected. There was no recordings since the time a left home for work until the time that I got back. They won’t answer emails or phone calls. Stay away from them.

Their veggies and fruits are very bad quality. I had ordered from them numerous time and I often had to asked for refund due to rotten produce. Now, their customer service just ignored my refund request. Don’t waste your money on them!!!!

Well, I would have loved to order something, but everything I added to the cart gave me an error saying: “items from different regions cannot be checked out together.” For one, why are they viewable/addable to the cart by me if they’re not allowed? Two, there’s no link to customer support in GrubMarket . How am I supposed to report issues or give feedback? I guess they prefer the public shaming in GrubMarket store.

I really, really wanted to love GrubMarket & company, but it's too much of a pain. If they can't fix the issues, I hope someone else will come along with the farm to home delivery.

The produce was always top notch, ripe, and delicious. Good job, farmers!

There is a major breakdown in communication between the time you put in an order and delivery. I live in a large apartment complex. With each order (5 so far), I wrote specific instructions on how to navigate to my apartment. These directions were never given to the delivery men. With each delivery, I had to waste 15 mins on the phone with very confused delivery men. It is a huge waste of my time, and makes going to the store more convenient.

I placed an order on Mar 17 to be delivered on Apr 3. Now it is 10:08p.m. Apr 6 and my delivery is still no where. Sent emails but no response after four days, tried to call customer service multiple times, always got directed to voicemail. Every online grocery delivery requires at least a week ahead now due to the increasing volume during this COVID period. Our family has been living with no veggies or fruits for four days, all thanks to GrubMarket.

The company needs test app before releasing. It’s hard to add credit card for 1st time checkout. e.g. after add card number, there is buggy to enter expiration date. I close and reopen GrubMarket 5 times, and finally it works to allow me to pay the order. The shopping cart button on the top-right cornet often lost response, need restart app repeatedly. I am using iOS 14.3. I personally just want to test shopping experience, thus tried so many times to place the order. I think normal new customer won’t give a new app so much chance.

I’ve been using this service for years. Delivery is fast, produce is excellent, as are specialty items. If I have an issue it’s resolved immediately.

Very convenient and easy to use，and they have lots of stuff that you can't find anywhere else。The food was awesome ，I don't need to go out to get food。Provide good quality daily fresh food。I love this app!

I'm impressed... placed my first order this week, app was good, communication was good, delivery came when expected, produce and meats look top-notch. Prices less than WholeFoods, reording looks convenient. I'll be ordering again. Thanks!

This takes the farmers market right to your phone! Local and organic when you can't make it to the market or the farm. Remember everything is shipped directly from the farm no warehouse sitting!!!

I never thought I could done my grocery shopping via an app in a minute. It is so easy to use. I recommended GrubMarket and the service to my family and all my friends. They all love it! A great app:)

I downloaded GrubMarket on a whim, but I am so glad I did! For a while now I have wanted to eat healthier but felt like the produce I bought was expensive and went bad fast.

this app changed that for me. Now I receive a weekly shipment of farm fresh & organic produce with a difference I can taste! Seriously, who knew peaches could taste that good?

They are able to offer premium produce at lower prices because they work directly with local farmers and eliminate overhead & middlemen which jack up the prices.

this app is the best! the quality & variety of products is great, & i no longer have to go to the store & wait in line. prices are way cheaper than Whole Paycheck and other grocers.

GrubMarket simplifies desktop version without losing the beautiful essence. I like that pictures are large and clear. Also it is easy to navigate around and search for the veggies I want!

Nice app for ordering produces and meat. Free delivery and always on time. They missed some eggplants once but once I emailed them, they credited my account with $5 (eggplants were $3) and redelivered again the next day. So that’s superb customer service and why I bothered to spend the time to actually write a review.

The food is so good and fresh. I especially love the organic tomatoes that they offer. It's very different from safeway, Costco and still better than Whole Foods. I would recommend this app to any of my friends who like wholesome products.

Btw, the price is a steal. Much cheaper than other places. Try it to believe it.

GrubMarket has so many choices and selections, there’s even a section for office; where you get a box of high quality organic fruit for any office event. It is user friendly and prices are always clear and reasonable. I am loving this type of farm to home service, the apple, passion fruit, celery, grapes, and many others all arrived fresh and clean.

I recently heard the buzz about this app and thought this was going and thought this was just going to be another food delivery business riding the trend. Boy was I wrong. this app's connection to local producers is very clear! I love farmers markets but GrubMarket makes it very easy for me to buy from my local farmers while on the go. Great looking app and easy to use.

The cucumbers I ordered using GrubMarket were out of this world! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
