Useless App

The app opens, but the bank accounts remain blank, showing only a spinning hourglass. This issue occurs both in the “Accounts” section and in the area for making transfers. It has been like this for several days now, rendering the app completely useless, as I need to view my accounts and transactions.
I am submitting this feedback today to give the app a one-star rating (since zero is not an option). This is an unacceptable level of service and reflects irresponsibility on Cecilian Bank’s part.
Please address this issue immediately.
Poorly Developed

Have not been able to login to the app for a week because of a loading screen that keeps saying Update 100%. It pops up and goes away over and over and never stops. Plus when it did work, the amount of $ I would have one day would be totally different the next day with no added transactions. Very poorly designed and managed app because nothing changes! I’m fed up at this point.

App was probably designed by three kids at North Hardin for a tech grade. No biometrics, can’t deposit via camera, clunky interface. If you still write checks, this is the bank and app for you.
