Absolutely Horrible

I work for a Large company and we used to use a different rewards program that worked flawlessly. As soon as we switched over to this one there has been nothing but problems from the beginning with “searches and ordering”. I have a new iPhone 8 and should have no issues and you shouldn't have to call every time you want to order something!. Extremely disappointed with this because I earn a lot of points every month but if you can’t order anything then what’s the point of even offering an app......

Application frozen on pick delivery option

GreatWork use to work great now it gives you a drop down menu to determine delivery location this is a problem because when you select countries there are no countries to choose from just a blank menu. Because there is no options in the menus for account other than points and blank county it remains on that selection screen and will not let you access any other functions.

Terrible!

I have had nothing but issues with ordering and delivering. Also suddenly frequently used retail store gift cards have disappeared as well as the e gift card option. It seems GreatWork /catalog is getting worse. Target, Wal-Mart, Sephora e gift cards have been removed from the catalog completely. Thinking about ordering something, think again. I ordered a stationary bike and it took from July to November to actually get the complete order due to the delivery company issues and a defected item. I recently ordered a Sephora e gift card that typically would deliver instantly. This time a day passes by no email received. So I reached out to customer support and was told that e gift cards were delayed 24-48 hours. After that time had passed and some being a week later, still nothing. I requested my order to be cancelled and points refunded. The information received from support has been inconsistent and inaccurate. Bring back the popular catalog options that have disappeared!

Need bug fixes with 2.97 update

I generally would give GreatWork 5 stars. I love being able to recognize my staff and peers in real time with my phone. However, the newest update 2.97 does not work. Every time I try to send an e-card everything works great until I press send and GreatWork crashes. 3 times in the last 2 days since updating. Very frustrating, hopefully another update will be released with bug fixes. Until then don’t bother downloading because it is not usable.

Great idea. Poor execution

I tried this the other day. Ordering was easy enough. Note there is some unknown problem that I can’t find with $200 in orders. So just call and fix it, right? No phone in the contact us. Feel free to leave an e mail if you wrote the number down. If not? You can’t put it on your e Mail looking for answers and it’s not commented or searchable from your account either. Oh well. Sorry bout that.

App can be improved

- the categories tagged seem to not capture all possible items. For example, I’m looking for cool ware but found additional items when I don’t filter by “home”
- I bookmarked some items as I go, then realized afterwards that I can’t just filtered by bookmarked items!
- Items are added / removed based on availability. I wish there’s a “new” category that shows what’s been added recently

Overpriced junk

Items usually break within 7 days of receiving. Also point redemption is more than the value of the product. You use about 75 dollars in points to get a $50 product that doesn’t last more than a few days. Terrible reward offers, please offer more gift cards at the actual vale of points used. At least we will know a gift card won’t break in a few days

GREAT app but INCREDIBLY SLOW

I really wish app developers had the common sense to put a Feedback button within GreatWork , like we do - the Fortune 100 company that contracts this third-party vendor.

I really do love GreatWork , when it works. The minutes of watching GreatWork spin waiting for task items to load only to be disappointed minutes later with zero progress - grrr.

And then comes the close, open, try again. Close, open, try again. Close, open, try again, usually resulting in me abandoning approving rewards in that moment. My time is too valuable to waste on this unnecessarily.

Doesn’t matter if I’m on 1T WiFi or 5G cellular. Same result nearly every, single, time.

To provide feedback, you must send an email. I’m not interested in conversing. I simply want to inform you of a problem with your app that you can investigate, so I can move on.

A few super small tweaks here will make this the gold standard of employee recognition. Too bad GreatWork currently places Bronze…

Good app, could be better

2 main issues with GreatWork . 1) when approving multiple nominations in a row, GreatWork usually does great, then freezes on the third approval. This is consistent behavior across multiple iOS devices I have tried. Killing GreatWork and restarting allows me to do the next 2 approvals, then again the third freezes.

The other issue is more of an enhancement request: when approving, we should have the selectable option to “deliver immediately” here in GreatWork (like is on the website). This saves the user’s manager from having to log into the site after approval to simply click “deliver”

Could be a better app

Can look through all items and send reviews. When it comes to using the points, it will not allow you to save your address. Have a product in the cart, but it always tells me loss connection, unable to save address. Once this matter gets fixed, I think GreatWork would be great

Good but not great

Great concept, but a lot of users and managers are taking advantage of giving away points for appreciations that aren’t that specific in getting recognition. I think GreatWork should develop something that would detect the managers from approving proud points that give little detail. I.E. “Don Joe is a hard worker, I’m proud he is on our team....” I have this at my work, but everyone besides management and corporate are discouraged to use this because the points have to be approved by managers. Favoritism can come to play when they approve points to their employees.

New to this but it’s not user friendly

GreatWork is glitchy
1-it shows alert it GreatWork but when I go there it doesn’t show up and won’t clear
2-when you choose to see co-workers it just doesn’t. Even though it asks it just doesn’t go to them. I don’t want see others
3-it isn’t easy to follow your own co-workers.
I love the idea of GreatWork but it isn’t performing well.

Awesome to use but...

I really like GreatWork, I think it makes it very easy to recognize my employees quickly and on the go. I have only noticed one issue through GreatWork which is that when I add a person to be copied in on the recognition, for example another manager, GreatWork crashes and I lose all of the recognition information I tried to put in and have to start over. I can never add a person to be copied through GreatWork . Each time I do the Apple crash so I’ve not been able to do this and have learned to forward the email later on if I’m trying to recognize through GreatWork . Unrelated feedback to GreatWork is the items that can be selected as rewards with points. The selection is very limited with gift cards and there does not seem to be a way to request the addition of other items like with other recognition companies and programs

Poor Color Scheme

GreatWork works well enough, but the menu fonts are a bright green on white which is very hard to look at, and with any eye issues makes it really difficult to read. If you have to use that bright of a font, back it with a dark color or offer a dark mode for GreatWork .

Nice way to recognize colleagues...

Nice way to recognize colleagues without having to be logged into the company network. Wish there was a search feature to make it easier to find topics because I have found that several topics are in categories that I wouldn’t think of and I’m only able to find what I’m looking for by searching through every single category. Otherwise I really like the option to upload your own image.

Way better

So many enhancements over prior releases. Really like how easy this makes it for me to send ecards and nominations when I’m away from my desk. New alerts for approvals and tasks are super helpful too. Would love to see more integration with other recognition programs.

Recognition made EASY!

I use GreatWork for my company and previous apps I have used are extremely frustrating and hard to use. As a manager I love how quick GreatWork makes giving recognition. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Celebrate as one is fantastic!

I love reading the appreciation between co-workers. It’s an uplifting app and the catalogue is wonderful! All of the items I have received have been top notch and my coworkers pitched in to get me the item. I also love the way Axonofiy is integrated so we can purchase extra points to give co-workers. Excellent!!

So convenient to use! Especially when doing approvals as a leader.

I love being able to give when I’m thinking about it and do approvals immediately as nominations are submitted for my team.

Great products

My company rolled out this reward system for the employees every one really didn’t know how really to use it. O boy once they did learn every one was helping each and the best part was how clean employees were leaving their work stations. The best was when you would get rewarded from your friends . Very good quality product and delivery was very fast. Great customer support too. Thank you .
