9 months agoI have i go navigation some time i go navigation on my mobile map direction is opsite car direction means maps or direction of map is reverse car direction need to rotat your mobile 90 degree to see the path or 180 degree to see straight path car direction front and navigation direction back how to fix this issue? 1 year agoDear Sir, I would like to report an issue regarding the trial period. Namely, I paid via your application in the section "store" and then "purchased items" the amount of 34.84 USD via Google play for EU NAVIGATION PMU 2022 Q4, order number: GPA.3317-0107-2327-62335. Through e-banking, I received that the payment for iqo navigation has been made, so please clarify why when I open the application it says that I am still in the trial period (even though it has been paid), should the trial period pass before it can be activated. It is a new phone, on the previous phone I paid in the same way via Google play and it works OK today. So, for the second time, I paid for the application for a new phone (in which igo navigation is installed), so please, as I said before, an explanation as to why I am still in the trial period. Thanks in advance for your reply!

3 years agoI recently purchased an android head unit and it has iGO navigation on it. The seller does not know how to fix the problem of the voice only works sometimes. I deleted and re installed but the problem is still there. Any suggestions? I’ve googled everything trying to fix it. It’s like she goes “turn” then stops mid sentence. The only voice is “recalculating route” I love the maps but this is frustrating Thanks

New release distorts music playing on the Bluetooth on my vehicle.
After waiting a year for resolution to an unusable display that was way too small, it has FINALLY been fixed. However, I frequently use a nav app and music app together on Bluetooth on the speaker of my vehicle. This latest release distorts the music that is playing. Do I need to wait another year for a solution to this? Please fix this, or get out of this business to stop embarrassing yourslf!

Horrible iOS app
Maybe iGO was a good navigator back in Stone Age but as a modern iOS app it’s a total mess. Only a single day trial? I needed just 30 minutes to delete it. UI is terrible: it took me several of those 30 minutes to find out how to get back to main menu after I moved and scaled the map. 🤯 Online search as a paid option? Seriously, at this time? Does Google not exist in your reality?🤷♀️ And the last thing for me was the impossibility to paste in the search field. Why? What’s the problem with that? Also coordinates. One has either to remember them or to write down on a piece of paper and then enter manually using their special keyboard 🤦🏻♂️
