no wonder this garbage company was sold to Ambanis, its a crap app! Delivery person refused to bring furniture from truck to home. Installation person was clueless in assembling furniture. Never use again UL!

Ordered items through urban ladder. Their delivery persons promised a 7 day 'trial' policy to return products. When attempting to return the items the very next day, customer service vehemently denies the items even though it is barely used, has all shipping material intact and I'm even willing to pay for shipping fees. Very frustrating.
