Yousician wont work on free mode for me or my boyfriend and it is incredibly frustrating. Usually on my old account I could play/practice for a limited amount of time but now even that is not available!! Everything is just LOCKED. Its pissing me off please fix this we have been trying to sort it out for days.

Yousician keeps coming to the end of the song way to early, tried on ipad app and Win10 lappy but problem still persists! Was hoping to rock out to some Metallica on this fine saturday nut now i cant!

Hi Yousician people, Since the 7th April update I have had a problem with the app on my windows 7 computer. In practice mode, if I select a portion of the music to repeat using the end cursors, hitting "R" or restart does not restart with an intro (even though play with intro option is switched on). If the music plays out to the end it does restart with the intro, so I can work around the problem by moving the play cursor to the near end of the piece and letting it restart - otherwise trying to hit R and get back to the fret board fast enough to hit that first note is a race i usually lose.

How to fix Yousician app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yousician app on iPhone
Update Yousician app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yousician iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yousician on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yousician network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yousician Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yousician not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yousician App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yousician » click [Force Stop]

Update Yousician to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yousician App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yousician » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yousician.

Fix Yousician unable to contact server/ Yousician internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yousician » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yousician » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yousician
