Wow I’ve never experienced a more sometimesy app than this. Literally tried to get this to work for troubleshooting for an hour yesterday, nothing. Today it magically works. The feed gets disconnected and I try it again with a different agent. Now it won’t connect 🙄🙄🙄 Arise needs to find another company to do this with.

When I downloaded it asked me to enter a passcode. I didn’t have one, now I’m locked out. Chat doesn’t work. Who can help?

App consumed a lot battery on my iPhone 6. Annotations worked ok but didn't really stay in the marked location as advertised. They easily move to another location and could cause a user to select the wrong button, etc.
