Update - November 2019: A year later, practically none of the features I suggested have been implemented.

I’m losing interest & hope.

I like CovveCRMManageyourcontacts but I would like more control. For example. I want to be able to schedule follow ups. On any given day, I would like to schedule WHEN CovveCRMManageyourcontacts reminds me to get in touch, likewise, I want the ability to set the reminder from 2 days to next day or next 5 days etc. also, I tried deleting a LinkedIn profile that was incorrect for one of the contacts and noticed that I could only add. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Also would absolutely love the ability to type the specific/actual location. Like Detroit, Mi - LA, California or Miami, FL

Lastly, please. Please. Please. Let us add RSS / Website updates / notifications etc for our contacts. It’s frustrating using your sources. I want to be able to use my own.

Otherwise, good app...I’m hopeful you guys will make theses changes 🙂

I chose to use CovveCRMManageyourcontacts because I needed a way to scan all of the business cards my boss has collected networking, then export them into a spreed sheet. CovveCRMManageyourcontacts did this, but it also did something else. Something incredibly frustrating that I wouldn’t wish on anybody.

I synced my contacts into it’s system because it was the only way it would let me continue using CovveCRMManageyourcontacts , but I didn’t need my contact, only the contacts from the business cards my boss collected. So, I painstakingly deleted all my contacts in the Covve app, then uploaded my bosses via business card.

I just went to send a text to someone and all of my contacts from my phone have been deleted. I’m very frustrated with Covve and would never recommend to anyone. Stay away from CovveCRMManageyourcontacts.

I saw Alex’s (CTO) response that the data is ours and how it is all synced, and I thought that was a cool concept, so I gave CovveCRMManageyourcontacts a try. It told me that my contact didn’t have a social media profile (that’s weird, I thought I had it?), so I add it. And realize it’s not syncing back to my contacts (like Alex said), so I contact support and they say the sync doesn’t include social media. Aside from reminders, isn’t that the main purpose of CovveCRMManageyourcontacts? Oh well, on to the next. CovveCRMManageyourcontacts is pretty clean, but since the CTO and website reiterate so many times that it is “our data” and then I find out the exact opposite, I can’t justify anymore than one star. The branding feels like lying...

CovveCRMManageyourcontacts is promising to be 5 Stars in that it seems handy as a CRM solution in your pocket. However, 1 Star rating off since CovveCRMManageyourcontacts takes so long to open - literally nearly 15 seconds that I end up moving on to another task. By the time I return, I’ve lost the momentum needed to check updates, leave a phone note, etc., The other loss of a Star is due to not being able to easily print or export notes for individual contacts. I need to log my client calls and so far I am not able to print a log. I hope this feature and the other issue with app launch speed is addressed soon. Until then, I have not been too thrilled with my purchase.

CovveCRMManageyourcontacts very good and has a lot of potentials. It does what it advertises and sets out to do. But, in my opinion, it still lacks some key features that would make it especially great, like:
- Social profiles and images added through Covve, are not possible to sync back to your phone's address book due to technical limitations ( THIS IS SOMETHING WE ARE AGUER TO SEE)
- to have more options of the field in the contacts ( like extracting birthdays from connections/friends from LinkedIn and Facebook)
- link Instagram accounts
- it searches in 100+ news sources, but it would be great that we the user, could add sources since in my case I’m not from the USA and my contacts and company probably won’t be on international news.

Anyway, great app with tons of potential. Tks.

First and foremost - their team is both responsive and takes your data seriously. I’ve been working through some issues with my set up and they’ve been nothing but helpful. Love the idea and was enjoying using it to stay in touch with clients and more. Had to hit pause on using it (I want to use it again) because I’m struggling to use with Contacts + which I’ve used for years to sync contacts across accounts.

CovveCRMManageyourcontacts makes keeping in touch with who matters most in your life. It's a very well thought out app. It creates reminders to make sure you remember to reach out to that contact. CovveCRMManageyourcontacts isn't just a great business networking app. But can also help with keeping in touch with your personal relationships also. I have tried other similar apps NOTHING even compares to the level of functions. The customer service team is beyond belief. I had a issue and Alex and there team went right to work finding my issue and fixing it. (It was me that was the issue not CovveCRMManageyourcontacts ) if you want a professional networking app that can handle anything and also be used for personal relationships this is your app.

I use Covve for both personal and business CRM purposes and I could tell you that this is the best one out there I’ve tested! There’re tons of added features and AI integrations which make it super intuitive. I also use the News feature to keep up with relevant stories based on the location of my contact. Super cool!

CovveCRMManageyourcontacts is brilliant. It’s so useful and intuitive! The focus on business cards doesn’t really matter to me and I never use it, but I love being able to store my professional contacts in one place AND keep a record of my contact with them. That’s genius.

My one request would be to have a tab that shows you a record of your logged activity with everyone. Not just where you see the activity with one person when looking under that person’s contact.

This is my first time using an app that allows you to create your own business card, and I was pretty unfamiliar with what this would entail but was pleasantly surprised with how easily CovveCRMManageyourcontacts allowed me to customize the business card. I also enjoyed how this maintains contact relations while maintaining professional relationships and even opportunities.

I am definitely someone that likes to stay organized and I found that my current contacts is super cluttered because I have contacts from a bunch of different clubs, companies, and schools. Covve makes it easy to distinguish my professional contacts well. I recommend downloading!

A great business card scanner app! CovveCRMManageyourcontacts helps me stay organized and grow my professional connections. I especially like the smart reminders feature because it’s useful to know when I am losing touch and prompts me to stay in contact. The clean interface also makes it very easy to navigate.

As a full-time student, it gets hard to remember when to call up family members and old friends , so I love that CovveCRMManageyourcontacts specializes on reminding you to reach out to people. I also gain a piece of mind viewing the news stories local to my parents area back home. Very user friendly as well!

I got CovveCRMManageyourcontacts initially for personal use — it helps remind me to stay in contact with old friends and extended family when I otherwise might not. It’s also fantastic for networking contacts, which can be easier to forget. Great app overall and easy to use. The business card scanning feature is very cool too!

Although I am retired and no longer have use for business contacts, or at least very few. I have found very useful in an unexpected venue. I am Born Again Christian (non-aggressive, non judging) this application lends itself excellently to Prayer. The reminders to call people back, to check on the elderly and all the other plethora of features it is almost custom made for Pastors and other such persons.

I’ve been using Covve for about two years. While there are a number of features that I don’t use, the most useful feature for me is the CRM. Tons of added features/ai which make it intuitive. There is also a news feature which shows you relevant stories based on the location of your contact which has been a life saver for me.

With a minimalistic and clean UI, Covve has been a really great application to use to store and organize business contacts. It helps me always be on time for all of my meetings and has definitely helped me save so much time! It also completely gets rid of paper contact cards as it stores all of my contacts information within one app. Would definitely recommend!

When it coming to keeping in touch, I'm impressed. They have a concept that works and streamlined process for not only keeping in touch but also adding new contact in a heart beat through both basic input or business card. Best part is, it's syncing with your native contacts as well.
I can see CovveCRMManageyourcontacts becoming the norm very quickly especially with all the new features they will be rolling out with in the coming months/years

It’s incredible how much this has actually improved my outreach and follow up in my professional network.

I have tried this with many applications but it is not as simple. To get a surprise message from me every so often is something I’ve always wished the time and memory for but the Covve alerts have made this super easy.

CovveCRMManageyourcontacts is the best one I’ve used to stay connected to the people that are most important to me both personally and professionally. Simple and straight forward is is far less complex than others while having really rich features like auto updates for social media and finding articles that may apply to someone in my contact list. Highly recommend it
