I have a problem with My Files

User reports:
No current problems

- It does not download Minecraft mods without jailbreak.

- Some users do not understand that it is a file locker and not meant to show all files on the phone.

- It needs a web browser downloading feature.

- The first test of moving over an attachment from Mail failed.

- Users cannot see their apps on the app.

- It does not allow copying into Minecraft PE.

- Some users have reported that the app does not manage any files and shows everything as zero bytes.

To resolve My Files network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the My Files App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Files » click [Force Stop]

Clear My Files App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Files » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Files.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Files » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Files » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Files
