I’ve booked a flight using the Flapp app and specifically chose the flexible ticket option that was at a higher price in comparison to when I chose the exact same flight without the flexi option. Upon and after checkout when looking at the cost breakdown this add-on did not appear. I queried this with this app who came back via email and confirmed that my ticket is not a flexible ticket. Right now I feel ripped off and hope this can be resolved. I later experimented by searching many other flights with the flexi option and in all cases I can confirm that the price is higher as opposed when the flexi option is not selected and when proceeding to checkout, does not appear under cost breakdown. One last thing, I’ve just upgraded the Flapp app and the flexi option is completely removed. What’s going on this app?

Nothing works. Can’t add ticket to wallet, phone number appears to be fake, ticket I was issued does not appear to be an official document. Contact form also does not work.

this app owes me a refund.
Emails & phone calls are ignored.
Do not trust their refund policy.
They do not refund once you make changes!!!

I deleted it. Too much spam coming though. And unnecessary notifications.

I’m really angry by booking a flight before 1 day and making me wait for e-ticket .
I called them 5 times , no help , scam , lairs.
nothing changed and I received cancel booking before 3 hours of my flight 🤬

They let me book again in another app and I’m happy to change to another honest app

Directly they cut my money and sent me
e-ticket.

I booked tickets thru this app but has been unable to check in early; the site is not retrieving it. There nobody to contact either - no help over weekends or after hours......

I installed your app as I booked a flight through you. Wanted to manage the flight. Your app asked to add my flight to my calendar and I approved. Only to find out if added a rough Chinese language to my calendar app. I panicked as I am not sure if I have been hacked. How can a supposedly legit app do this. I will get the language off once I find how to and never install your app or book with you again.

Booked flights and chose insurance option in case of Covid restrictions. Destination is now not allowing tourists travel. It is impossible to contact this app via phone or email. Whatsapp number is an automated program.

Looks like I will loose all my money! Would definitely not recommend.

I experienced a technicality problem during completing a booking payment through the web site for more than six hours and spent more than 40 minutes over the phone with customer care reaching no results yet even after completing the payments, still waiting for more than 3 hours to receive the confirmation and the tickets from this poor application or even their web site.

Always problems logging in. Poorly designed app. Needs work. this app as a company. Great, great deals, service, etc. Pathetic app though.

I can't see my bookings and also I can't search for flights, on my laptop I can .

They will book your flight exactly like booking from the airline directly, yet they will charge you more especially for changes. Travelstart looks good and does what it should, could use many improvements as many services are done through email yet the actual service they provide is just an expensive proxy. You are better off booking through the airline directly, you will save money and have more flexibility.

Once you book you cannot relook up your booking (at least I couldn’t figure it out), so you cannot modify anything—just beware!

Really impressed with Travelstart . Cheaper flights than the this app site. Future update hopefully include car rentals
