I’ve booked a flight using the Flapp app and specifically chose the flexible ticket option that was at a higher price in comparison to when I chose the exact same flight without the flexi option. Upon and after checkout when looking at the cost breakdown this add-on did not appear. I queried this with travelstart who came back via email and confirmed that my ticket is not a flexible ticket. Right now I feel ripped off and hope this can be resolved. I later experimented by searching many other flights with the flexi option and in all cases I can confirm that the price is higher as opposed when the flexi option is not selected and when proceeding to checkout, does not appear under cost breakdown. One last thing, I’ve just upgraded the Flapp app and the flexi option is completely removed. What’s going on travelstart?
Poor application

I experienced a technicality problem during completing a booking payment through the web site for more than six hours and spent more than 40 minutes over the phone with customer care reaching no results yet even after completing the payments, still waiting for more than 3 hours to receive the confirmation and the tickets from this poor application or even their web site.

Installed a Chinese language calendar

I installed your app as I booked a flight through you. Wanted to manage the flight. Your app asked to add my flight to my calendar and I approved. Only to find out if added a rough Chinese language to my calendar app. I panicked as I am not sure if I have been hacked. How can a supposedly legit app do this. I will get the language off once I find how to and never install your app or book with you again.
