It’s required to have a video pre-eval prior to coming into the office for any covid or antibody testing. Makes complete sense. Except for the fact that both my husband and I waited hours for someone to come on on two separate occasions - no one did - and when we called the first time to find out why, we were informed we weren’t even in the queue and had to go back on and wait again (which took another substantial amount of time). The second time, same thing happened, but when we called, the operator said it had to go through the app and if it wasn’t working nothing he could do. It’s now been over 4 hours and my husband was logged out by the app and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried calling multiple times but no one even picks up now. What good is it as an emergency pediatric location when you can’t even have your child treated? This app is useless and has me actually in tears I can’t get proper treatment or testing for my toddler during a pandemic.

I downloaded the app for my son who was having symptoms. I signed up for an appointment. I then waited 20 minutes until I received a call from an unknown number. Glad I answered Bc it was the doctor. Most other teledoc are a FaceTime through whatever service they use. This was not. I then had a brief discussion with the doctor about getting my son tested. She never even asked about his general behavior (like eating/diapers etc.) which I found odd he’s under one. She agreed he needed to be tested and said someone would call within 24 hours to schedule the test.... 48-72 hours later I received a call. I will never use this service again.

I had to wait over an hr to get on with a Dr. I kept calling the customer service and was told that we were the only people waiting and it would be 5-10 minutes later. More than an hr later still no one. After an 1 and half hours a physician gets on for less that 4 minutes and tell us to go to an in person clinic. Won’t be doing this again.
