I was rushing to work and I needed food. I decided to order food from Urban Cafe which was a huge mistake. I use their app and I ordered a salad. When I got to the business they did not have my order and it was not in the system. I tried to open my Apple Watch scanning inside the business in the app would not even upload so I was unable to view my order or show proof that I made my order. This is happened to me at least 10 times and I am so sick of this business and their app. If these issues don’t get corrected I will stop being a customer of Urban Cafe. I will be telling everybody I know about this situation on social media

Was advised by staff calling ahead to order was better method because app doesn’t push orders thru immediately. I ordered at 5:31pm and order wasn’t received until 5:45pm even though I selected ASAP as the order time. Fortunately I’m not in a rush but could tell this was a recurring problem for the staff and that it’s causing guests to be unhappy.
App also wasn’t clear about wether my order was placed and needed to check my email to confirm it had been placed.
Store staff and food are great - app is the shortcoming at the moment

After placing an order, the app gets stuck on the next page. No controls to go anywhere else, including back to the main screen. I had to force-kill the app and relaunch it just to see if my order went through.
I think the app may not be happy that I won’t allow it to send me notifications, but I have enough spam in my life already. I don’t need another chatty app bugging me with unnecessary messages. That shouldn’t prevent me from placing an order (an until the most recent update, it didn’t).
