For those who have trouble resetting your password, i.e. you don’t receive any message regarding password sent, do this first, Text UNSTOP to 855-445-8585. Retry “forget password” function, rekey your 10 digit phone number and hit the button. Now you should receive yiur new password. Once you have logged in, you can change your password to something you remember.
My former cell phone died & got new phone, same number. Downloaded app and can't log in. Says new password sent ... but never received. Frustrated after a dozen attemps.

The points required to redeem food items suddenly increased this month. Use to be 1 point equals 10 cents worth. For example, it would require 20 points to redeem a free Berrytale ($2 worth) in the past. Now, all of a sudden, they raised it to 30 points. And a lot of these deals had an expiration date of say 12/31, so I expected to be able to redeem them later on...but now they’re gone. I’ve accumulated quite some points as I’ve been a frequent customer, but now I’m waiting for the old deals to come back where the points are worth the same as before. I may even stop going to 85 Degrees all together if they don’t bring the deals back.

They had a 100k member deal for 85 cents sea salt coffee, but the deal did not show up in the offers. When I asked the cashier, she told me that she couldn’t do anything about it after 5 minutes and told me to call the customer service line. So I had to call the customer service line, but it turns out there was nobody to answer the call and I had to leave a message, and am still waiting for a call back. I just think it is a little ridiculous that I have to go through so much time and effort for something that could be easily resolved and for something that is their mistake.

Worked fine on my first phone. When I upgraded and switched phones I tried to login and reset my password. Well it says that a new password was sent in the app but I never receive it on my phone. Now my account is in limbo since it goes by phone number and theres no way to receive the new password. I reread some reviews and there have been people having this very same issue over a year ago. So… basically don’t bother or use a google number that you can change and dump your previous points on.
