Zupas is the worst. They constantly send you promotions, but force you to use their terrible app to use them. I’d be happy to use the app to use them, if it wasn’t so difficult to use. You have to click add order multiple times when making a combo, which makes no sense. The inbox on the bottom shows a coupon codes, but you might find them tricky to use. You’ll click on one, go all the way to check out, and then suddenly it won’t be there or won’t work. You have to go all the way back through your order, hitting the back button a billion times, and erase what you’ve already got in your cart, just to find out that the coupon expired! Really Zupas? You can’t remove those from the app when they expire? On top of a terrible app, their food really has gone downhill. Pretty sure my mother got food poisoning from them. I’m so done with Zupas.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered everything though the app and it was confirmed and for curbside. When I got to the restaurant and checked I’m here no one was coming. Which led me to calling the restaurant and they didn’t even have my order. Everything on my side submitted, was confirmed, got a confirmation email, and was charged. They had no clue when I told them my order name. I had to go in and show confirmation which completely obliterates the reason for curbside. App - 0

I used the app because they had a free delivery promo happening only if you used the app. I usually use DoorDash anyway so the free delivery was what drew me in. It was a mistake. My order was insanely late. Why? Because after I ordered on the app, they sent the order to DoorDash anyway to have it delivered. It would have been much quicker, more effective, and less confusing for me to just order on DoorDash.
