Super easy to earn and redeem rewards
In the past I didn’t pay attention to the loyalty program from UNOs because it seemed like a chore to remember. Now I can manage it through my phone and actually get real-time transparency into how many points I have and redemption takes seconds. Love it!

Really needs developer support
I feel like the developer is lazy and needs to update this app. It's like using a outdated website, on a current gen smartphone. Would be better off just using the browser instead of this app.

Don’t give rewards when earned
Hit the “redeem reward “ button after getting 8 pizza rewards (with difficulty since you have to link your Mobil order check even though you order through the app) then it reset and didn’t give me reward. Screwed me out of. $30 pizza. If you don’t link you check in the 3 days after it won’t let you at all. No help functionality in the HELP key. Very very bad app.
