whenever I try to log into Vevox, I get the message "Vevox keeps stopping". and then I either have to "restart app" or "close app" (I can also provide feedback)

How to fix Vevox App app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vevox App app on iPhone
Update Vevox App app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vevox App iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vevox App on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vevox App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Vevox App Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Vevox App not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vevox App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vevox App » click [Force Stop]

Update Vevox App to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vevox App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vevox App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vevox App.

Fix Vevox App unable to contact server/ Vevox App internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vevox App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vevox App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vevox App
