Best follow up ever
Recently downloaded and had issue with PIN. Sent message through app and with a couple of hours they replied and provided exact steps for my issue. Not the app, I did something wrong.

West Valley location option
I have tried to reinstall this app many times and each time it never gives me the option to choose the West Valley location. This is very frustrating because without that option, I am unable to view my rewards as the other locations won’t recognize my rewards card number. Please look into this.

DDC App
The App isn’t working. Can’t access anything. Very frustrating. You have a very low morale in your Casino. The winnings are slim pickings. Why did you kick SunTran off the placement space, that was so convenient for the Seniors. Why are there so many suits walking around. Maybe to many complaints against DDC, why DDC only has 2.5 rating, even out of four, not five. Maybe you have poor management. There is one person in the VIP room, that never smiles, never speaks or hardly does. If he doesn’t like his job, maybe you should put him somewhere, where, he would appreciate.
