I have tried to reinstall DesertDiamondCasinos many times and each time it never gives me the option to choose the West Valley location. This is very frustrating because without that option, I am unable to view my rewards as the other locations won’t recognize my rewards card number. Please look into this.

DesertDiamondCasinos isn’t working.

Can’t access anything.

Very frustrating.

You have a very low morale in your Casino.

The winnings are slim pickings.

Why did you kick SunTran off the placement space, that was so convenient for the Seniors.

Why are there so many suits walking around.

Maybe to many complaints against DDC, why DDC only has 2.5 rating, even out of four, not five.

Maybe you have poor management.

There is one person in the VIP room, that never smiles, never speaks or hardly does.
If he doesn’t like his job, maybe you should put him somewhere, where, he would appreciate.

If you are in the Phoenix area and want DesertDiamondCasinos to keep track of developments to the west valley location, don’t bother. There is no selection for the west valley at all. You would think they would want to keep people informed as they are expanding and apparently “reopening” soon (not that they are closed)but nope - it’s like they don’t care.

DesertDiamondCasinos does not seem to work well. Every time you try to go into the settings it immediately shuts down. Also DesertDiamondCasinos looks like if you were to double tap the home button to see multiple applications opened.

Like Rigbug96After installing DesertDiamondCasinos again I could not select a Wesvalley option because it wasn’t there. When DesertDiamondCasinos first came out the Wesvalley was there but all that’s listed now is the three southern Arizona casinos. Please fix ASAP, thank you Dennis

Don't bother it doesn't work and they won't do anything for you after having wasted your time and gas driving across town. They never ever should have released this promo until they verified it completely. That goes to show shoddy management skills.

App does not deserve 1 star. Can’t log in and doesn’t list west valley location. After all the low ratings of DesertDiamondCasinos they don’t seem to care to fix it. Time to delete it.

App is installed properly. All numbers entered correctly and verified. Always say "Login failed".
Will someone PLEASE fix this bug.
Not worth the time to drive across town to the Casino if I can't check out the promos available to me first...!!!

Recently downloaded and had issue with PIN. Sent message through app and with a couple of hours they replied and provided exact steps for my issue. Not DesertDiamondCasinos , I did something wrong.
