Purchased student version of app. I made an animation and some of the frames are held for several drawings, when I try to export as any format, image sequence, video its all messed up. The images are not correct, their are blank pages inserted in random spots, the drawings that should be held for several frames are not being repeated, and layers that are not visible are showing up beneath the visible layer on some but not all images upon export. I really wanted to like this app but now I just want my time and money back. I've wasted hours trying to fix this.

How to fix Animation Desk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Animation Desk app on iPhone
Update Animation Desk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Animation Desk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Animation Desk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Animation Desk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Animation Desk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Animation Desk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Animation Desk App
1. On android, goto Settings » Animation Desk » click [Force Stop]

Update Animation Desk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Animation Desk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Animation Desk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Animation Desk.

Fix Animation Desk unable to contact server/ Animation Desk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Animation Desk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Animation Desk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Animation Desk
