The calculator does what it supposed to do...... I bought the app long time ago and it did not have Ads at all. Couple of years ago started to see ads and now it’s just annoying. From what I gather you need premium app that was not available when I purchased to eliminate ads. I should have been grandfathered in with no apps from my original purchase. To me it’s bait and switch.

Started seeing ads, can’t figure out how to remove them. It is likely there is some paid version I could get to remove the ads, I just can’t find it. Likely my incompetence. However, will have to move on to another calculator. Update: Turns out I have the paid version however had accidentally selected the ad version. Developer had me press the ‘On’ button to pick my version I am now less incompetent.

I love this 12C calculator app. It functions exactly like my handheld HP 12C. However in upgrading my phone from an iPhone 6 to an XR, the app locks up the phone.
The calculator works fine but it will not close and without a Home button I cannot get back to the main screen and have to reboot the device to exit.
Am I doing something wrong here? I can’t use it otherwise which would be a shame.
