How to fix MyMonii app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyMonii app on iPhone
Update MyMonii app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyMonii iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyMonii on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyMonii network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyMonii Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyMonii not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyMonii App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyMonii » click [Force Stop]

Update MyMonii to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyMonii App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyMonii » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyMonii.

Fix MyMonii unable to contact server/ MyMonii internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyMonii » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyMonii » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
