They force you to buy a ticket through oui, after cancelling all train from Paris due to a fire, there was no customer service to help make other arrangements at 9:00 at night. I had to book flights costing 600 euros at the last minute. Poor customer service

ItineraryAssistant and the website in general fail to do the most simple thing to the site visitor: see train times. Awful functionality. It shouldn’t be this difficult to see all the train times in a day. It feels to show train times for certain parts of the day no matter how do you change the search criteria. It’s exasperating. I wish I could give it less than a star.

I am not sure what happened to the gentleman above, but ItineraryAssistant default language is english when your phone is in english, and the settings to change ItineraryAssistant from french to english are using nouns that are easily recognizable for an english person (same root).

Pour la 1ère fois je viens de recharger monvieux Pass Navigo dont je ne m’étais pas servi depuis longtemps car je vis aux Usa. En 5mn j’ai chargé avec mon IPhone, mon pass pour ma semaine de visite à Paris ! Bravo !!!
