Impossibly bad

The app and the website in general fail to do the most simple thing to the site visitor: see train times. Awful functionality. It shouldn’t be this difficult to see all the train times in a day. It feels to show train times for certain parts of the day no matter how do you change the search criteria. It’s exasperating. I wish I could give it less than a star.

Do not use

They force you to buy a ticket through oui, after cancelling all train from Paris due to a fire, there was no customer service to help make other arrangements at 9:00 at night. I had to book flights costing 600 euros at the last minute. Poor customer service

Only in French as expected. Most people in the world do not speak French of course, including most of the tourists who come to visit.
