I recently signed up for Loopy Loyalty and was excited to introduce this to my customers. However, I signed up for the whole year, but I am having issues with the redemption stamper. For the most part, LoopyLoyaltyStamper freezes and I cannot stamp my customers loyalty card. I tried to log out and log back into LoopyLoyaltyStamper and deleted it, and re-downloaded but it wasnt working. I reached out to their customer service, but they didn’t really seem to care about and they told me I have to buy a new device in order to redeem the stamps. Which I think it’s ridiculous. I wasnt planning in buying a another tablet just to be able to give those stamps to my clients. Very disappointing and I’m looking for a different service that is more reliable.
Scanning is super simple and gives me the confidence to offer digital stamp cards to my customers.
