I updated my android tablet and now when i try to load a book, the screen is black. I reinstalled the app, same issue. How can i fix this?

Hi, I just got an Tolino ebook reader. I manage to connect to my Wifi (it says "connected" in the WLAN settings under WLAN networks). However, when I want to preceed with "setup" (page 5/28 of the User Guide that is on the device), I get "Connection error - an unexpected error occured. Please try again (later).". What can I do?
