This was a very disappointing experience. I joined with high expectations as I thought I would be able to benefit from a diet and sit was coach on demand at a reasonable rate. My coaches seem good and are very responsive. However the user experience is frustrating. Turns out they donβt have their own content for workout videos. The instructors designs and loads the videos in the app that all haphazardly stitched together from the web. There is no uniformity in content - from different instructors scattered through the web, some are animated, some videos. It is such a cheap and tacky experience for the cost of a US gym monthly membership. Totally not worth it. If you are not creating your own content, investing in the tech platform, then what am I paying $65 a month for?
Again nothing against the coaches but not value for money. As a reference, I was a user of Sweat app that costed me $100 for the whole year. They had their own content, music, timers - everything seamlessly integrated into the app. As a user, all I had to do was hit the workout plan and it navigated me through the entire smoothly. With this app, I am supposed to tune into you tube to learn from a random instructional video, then time myself for the set (no music offered), then again go back into the main workout page, pick the next workout and repeat the process - it was so time consuming and frustrating. I am not looking forward to this at all. Will be seeking a refund.

Echoing other users cautions below, Iβve found the premium membership to be bad for the cost, and customer service for discontinuing membership is non-existent. When I signed up for the trial, I got a call with a consultant who pushed me to purchase the premium plan and told me they would work with the foods I had available in the house and provide a plan that fit in my lifestyle. The nutritionist I was assigned did not find out what I had available in the house, did not consider my lifestyle and gave me a plan that my doctor confirmed to me was wrong for my health needs and when I pushed back she basically told me to listen to her 7 years of experience. When I tried to cancel the membership because it was clearly not working for me, I discovered there was no easy way to do this. I contacted customer service and they keep promising to call within 30 minutes to help me cancel but itβs been over a day and neither have I received replies to my emails and nor have I been called. Iβm pretty sure the call will just focus on trying to manipulate me into staying.
TL;DR: Non-transparent, bait and switch process, not easy to cancel membership. Do not recommend any of their paid plans.

I started using the app two months back and I had very bad experience. My daughter in law referred this app to me but right after giving 5 star reviews over the phone I started having difficulties in scheduling calls and getting connect to the coach. I also tried to change my diet coach but did not work. I would want to ask to the developers that I paid $540 for this kind of service?? And please do not ask me to drop an email because I have tried that too. The person is telling my daughter in law (since she brought this app to me) to call from three days now but never got a call from him. Very unprofessional behavior and service. I want my partial money back. Customer service in India is never going to change, in fact it is getting worst.
