App has erased all my reward points. And I last used it in Aug (2023) so it’s not due to inactivity. Plus I wasn’t rewarded my birthday points either. Please help!

Close and restart the Kneaders App app on iPhone
Update Kneaders App app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kneaders App iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kneaders App on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kneaders App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Kneaders App not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kneaders App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kneaders App » click [Force Stop]

Update Kneaders App to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kneaders App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kneaders App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kneaders App.

Fix Kneaders App unable to contact server/ Kneaders App internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kneaders App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kneaders App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
