Wheel keeps spinning - KBS world app has not worked for 5 weeks even after rebooting and removing the reinstalling app. All other apps within KOR TV work EXCEPT KBS World App. I need help or someone to help troubleshoot this please after dozens of attempts and after 5 weeks of constant attempts to fix

How to fix KBS WORLD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KBS WORLD app on iPhone
Update KBS WORLD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KBS WORLD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KBS WORLD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KBS WORLD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KBS WORLD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KBS WORLD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KBS WORLD App
1. On android, goto Settings » KBS WORLD » click [Force Stop]

Update KBS WORLD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KBS WORLD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KBS WORLD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KBS WORLD.

Fix KBS WORLD unable to contact server/ KBS WORLD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KBS WORLD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KBS WORLD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KBS WORLD
