Здравствуйте ! С 2021 года пользуюсь линейкой mi band от Xiaomi. Первым устройством из этой линейки был шестой mi band. С 2022 года начались проблемы,которые к 2024 году переросли в критическую ситуацию. Оповещение о вызове приходит на устройство с большим опазданием. При переподключении счётчик шагов сбрасывается. С переходом на седьмой mi band в 2023 году к этим проблемам прибавились ещё проблемы. Новый фитнесс-браслет не синхронизируется с телефоном Samsung. Я каждый раз захожу в приложение или не даю экрану телефона выключаться. Всегда активный экран телефона или всегда открытое приложение для синхронизации фитнесс-браслета приводит меня к неудобству,как и задержка оповещени о вызове,и сброс счётчика шагов. Если не синхронизирую устройство,то сопряжение с ним отменяется. Аналогичные проблемы повторяются и с mi-fitness. У mi-fitness я нашёл,только,одну сильную сторону. При переподключении устройства счётчик шагов не сбрасываетс. Инструктаж к этим приложениям не помог мне. Отчёеты мои не меяют ситуацию. Каждое обновление усуглубляет ситуацию,только. 2024 год стал самым критичным в моём опыте. Отмена сопряжения с устройством,как раз,и нанесла самый сильный удар по моему опыту. Заменить mi-fit и mi-fitness мне не чем.
Trying to pair my Mi Fit 6 band to the Zepp Life app. but it asks me to log on with a password. I have changed my password, but still can't log on. I get the message Account or password incorrect. I've tried reinstalling the App, and have changed the password several times, but am going round in circles.
Hi can we get an option to turn off the pause feature when the screen is presses and held? I use the Freestyle workout and i do boxing/sparring - my wraps/gloves go up the wrist and keep pressing on the band and turning off my workout >:-/ i'm using the Mi Band 6 thanks
Trying to pair amazfit bip watch to new phone. Unpaired watch from old phone and logged out of app. Signed into app on new phone. Phone only says "open the app to pair". Phone can see amazfit bip but gives error "couldn't pair, reset the watch and try again" Watch always says "open the app to pair" How do I reset the watch?

Since updating to new Zepp Life app I can no longer use my Mi Fit band 5. It keeps wanting me to create a Zepp life account - which Ive done. It wants to now if I signed in via Mi-Account - which I did, I think agree and want to link my account - then it tells me I havent crated Zepp life account. Please assist in getting this sorted I click sign up, but when I want to agree to policies - agree button disappears!!! How am I meant to use the band with the app!!
I cannot get my mi fit band 4 to pair. I have a Xiaomi Rednote 5 phone. It tells me to reset mifit band but I am stuck in pari first mode and cannot get anywhere. thank you
Pairing is too fragile

Pairing between the phone and watch frequently (at least daily) stops working, requiring that one toggle the phone’s Bluetooth off and on to get it working again, often just for a single sync.
The watch and phone both believe that they are connected (as indicated in the iOS Bluetooth settings and an icon on the watch face), but the app can not connect. Unpairing the watch from within the app has been the best way to get notifications working again for a few hours, but is a pain because the app will usually fail to unpair due to the broken connection! Further, after re-pairing the watch, various settings must be redone.
The fact that none of rebooting the phone or watch, or toggling Bluetooth, or forgetting the Bluetooth device from iOS Settings is as effective as unpairing from within the app suggests that this is due to bugs in the app. It’s disappointing that the positive qualities of the hardware are overwhelmed by the poor software.

Usually this app is ugly and not great at tracking things like other companies are, but hey, it gets the basics done! Except for now. For weeks now steps aren’t syncing properly and you can’t see them. When you click on steps to try and see the extra data and history the app freezes. It’s not syncing accurately with apple health either. Every day shows different steps than the band. Pretty mad about this as I like to keep track of data over time, like weeks, I shouldn’t have to manually write down my steps every night it should already BE THERE IN THE APP! That’s what it’s supposed to be for right?! Looks like I’ll probably be buying a new tracker soon, even though this one is small, cheap and great battery life. The horrid app I’ve had to deal with off and on for two plus years is just too much now that it’s totally unusable.

New bug. Early February. Still there: workout pauses when in workout mode and listening to music. I have background app enabled but Zepp Life won’t run in background for more than 30-60 seconds. Constantly get “workout paused” whenever Zepp Life is running in the background. Can’t listen to music during workouts.

Sleep tracking could be improved. Battery life now about 10 days, was 14 days between charging before February update. I’ve been using Mi Band devices with this app since 2016. Mi Band generations 1a, 2, and 3. Now using Mi Band 4. Having compared results with much more expensive devices like FitBit, I’m happy with the Mi Band 4. Very similar results with wearable devices costing much more.
