Bridj is apparently only in Sydney. It would be great if it could say that on its home screen for those of us who didn't realize that service had stopped in Boston.
Serious Decline in Last Six Months

I've been using Bridj for about a year, and while it started off great there's been a steep decline in both service and value over the last six months. Prices seem to raise every month - a ride that was $3.00 a few months ago is now up to $6.25, with no improvement in quality or service. In fact what I've found is the opposite - the quality of rides has depreciated thanks to overbooking, Bridjs that are frequently late and worse drivers. I used to love Bridj but now it's become just another startup that apparently can't do anything to maintain quality as it grows.

UPDATE - I used to love this app. Now, the buses rarely show up on time if at all. I've had to file numerous complaints with the support department for refunds on buses that just never showed up or were 20+ minutes late.
Original - Currently en route in my first Bridj ride and it's amazing. I never write reviews for anything, but this is well worth 5 stars. Luxury bus setup, affordable option that's getting me home quicker than taking the T for just a couple dollars more! Absolutely thrilled about this app and system. Props to Bridj!
