How to fix Skyflow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skyflow app on iPhone
Update Skyflow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skyflow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skyflow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skyflow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Skyflow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Skyflow app issues:

Force Stop the Skyflow App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Skyflow app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Skyflow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skyflow App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Skyflow app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Skyflow.

Fix Skyflow unable to contact server/ Skyflow internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Skyflow » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Skyflow » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skyflow on android.
