How to fix Skyflow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skyflow app on iPhone
Update Skyflow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skyflow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skyflow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skyflow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skyflow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skyflow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skyflow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skyflow » click [Force Stop]

Update Skyflow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skyflow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skyflow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skyflow.

Fix Skyflow unable to contact server/ Skyflow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skyflow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skyflow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
