- Poor customer service: I emailed customer service ASAP, the day I got the first misprinted book, but there is no other way to contact any support for this app.

- Unable to make changes: My order was put in within 5 mins so I couldn't make any changes to my order at all. I wanted to remove number 5 picture which is a knecklace from the all the pictures and I couldn't.
